LAN Link Internet Service Agreement

LAN Link provides internet connectivity services at speeds specified in your selected package. The stated speeds apply to devices connected via Ethernet; wireless device performance may vary.
Customers must not tamper with LAN Link-provided equipment. Tampering with the equipment will result in a call-out fee of £150.00 per incident.
Customers are responsible for all costs incurred by LAN Link related to collection efforts for unpaid fees. Unpaid debts may be forwarded to a collection agent for county court proceedings. Under section 69 of the County Courts Act 1984, we are entitled to also claim for interest and related expenses, which may be recovered through payroll deductions. Court action can negatively impact credit ratings. Enforcement options include escalation to the High Court, third-party debt orders, attachment of earnings, charging orders, or bankruptcy proceedings.
A valid debit or credit card must be kept on file. A surcharge may apply if this requirement isn't met.
Services must be used appropriately. Any abuse of the Services, including but not limited to transmitting illegal material or engaging in harmful conduct, will result in immediate termination of the Services without a refund.
The Services cannot be used for illegal purposes or to facilitate prohibited product transactions.
Customers bear replacement or repair costs for stolen or damaged LAN Link equipment.
Cancellation of Services must be officially submitted through LAN Link's ticket system on the CRM portal. Other forms of termination request will not be considered valid.
No refunds are issued for service outages regardless of duration or cause.
A default charge of £5 will be applied for each late payment per month.
LAN Link may adjust pricing annually based on UK inflation rates reported in April. Customers receive two months' advance notice of increases and may cancel if they wish.
This Agreement is governed by English law.
This document represents the complete agreement between the parties. LAN Link reserves the right to verify customer details with property landlords and may share information when required by law enforcement or fraud prevention.
