**LAN Link Internet Service Agreement**

This Internet Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between LAN Link (“Provider”), and the undersigned customer (“Customer”).

**1. Service Description**
LAN Link agrees to provide internet connectivity services (“Services”) to the Customer at the speeds available under the selected service package. The stated speeds are achievable on devices connected via Ethernet. Performance on other devices may vary due to the nature of wireless connectivity.

**2. Equipment**
The Customer agrees to not tamper with any of the equipment provided by LAN Link. Tampering with the equipment will result in a call-out fee of £150.00 per incident.

**3. Financial Liability**
The Customer is liable for all costs incurred by LAN Link in connection with any arrears collection due to late or non-payment of fees.

Should the payment remain unpaid, the debt maybe passed to our collection agent who’s intention will be issue a county court claim against you for the outstanding balance.

You should be aware that under section 69 of the County Courts Acts 1984, we are entitled to also claim for interest and related expenses resulting from attending a court hearing, and this may be recovered from you via payroll deductions from your employer.

Any court action would be taken against yourself and may lead to poor credit ratings and difficulty in obtaining credit in the future.

Once the county court judgement is obtained, we may use one of the following enforcement options:
• Escalate the matter to a High court enforcement officer.
• Obtain a third party debt order.
• Attachment of earnings.
• Charging order.
• Bankruptcy proceedings.

**4. Payment Method**
The Customer must maintain a valid debit or credit card on file for all billing purposes related to the Services provided. Otherwise a surcharge maybe applied to the service cost.

**5. Proper Use of Services**
The Customer agrees to use the Services appropriately. Any abuse of the Services, including but not limited to, transmitting illegal material or engaging in harmful conduct, will result in immediate termination of the Services without a refund.

**6. Illegal Activities**
The Services shall not be used for any illegal purposes or to facilitate the sale or exchange of any illegal or prohibited products.

**7. Responsibility for Equipment**
In the event of theft or damage to LAN Link’s equipment, the Customer will bear the cost of replacement or repair.

**8. Cancellation**
Cancellation of Services must be officially submitted through LAN Link’s ticket system on the CRM portal. Other forms of termination requests will not be considered valid.

**9. Service Interruptions**
No refunds will be provided for interruptions or loss of Services, regardless of the duration or cause of the outage.

**10. Late Payments**
A default charge of £5 will be applied for each late payment per month.

**11. Pricing Adjustments**
LAN Link reserves the right to adjust the cost of the contract annually in accordance with the UK inflation rate as reported each April. In all cases, if the cost is to increase we will send you information on this 2 months prior and you will have the ability to cancel your service with us.

**12. Governing Law**
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.

**13. Entire Agreement**
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. No other agreements, promises, or representations, whether verbal or written, are binding unless expressly included in this document.
We reserve the right to cross check your details with the property landlord and share information only if required to do by local law enforcement or in the prevention of fraud.
