How Do I Get My Internet Online?
HOW DO I GET WIFI?
It’s very easy to get online. Follow the 3 steps below.

How do I cancel my account?
Log into your account and open a support ticket requesting the cancellation. Please note we need a minimum of 30 days notice period. Please note emails/telephone calls are not accepted forms of cancellation.
My internet is out what can I do?
If there is a major outage (to the building or area) we will already know about this and attempt to get it fixed as soon as possible. Should hardware failure occur in the building we are able to act on this very quickly, however, please note that street/area outages are beyond our control as they are with the main wholesaler.
If I’m having problems with my internet how do I report it?
Please open a support ticket on your account so the matter can be logged and tracked. Whilst you can email us for any issues, these emails can be missed and are not tracked against your account.
I cannot see my Wifi network name, what’s happened?
If you cannot see your Wifi network name, this normally means your account has been suspended due to lack of payment. Once payment is made it can take up to 12 hours to reactivate the service, however, it is normally turned on again within 60 minutes.
How can I setup automatic billing / how can I add a credit card?
When you log into your account, click on: Settings (gear icon) > Payments (card icon)> Credit Card > Add Credit Card. You can watch a video guide below by clicking play:

How can I cancel my account early before my 6 months period is over?
Please open a support ticket requesting this, we will provide you a cost of termination.
How can I get a non-contract connection?
