Most installations are completed within 24 hours of signing up. Once you've chosen a package and completed your details, we'll schedule your engineer visit right away.
Do I need a phone line? +
No. LAN Link connections don't require a traditional phone line — we bring the connection to you directly.
Is there really no data limit? +
Correct. Every plan comes with unlimited usage and unlimited devices, with no fair-use throttling.
Can I cancel or change my plan? +
The PAYG package has no contract and can be cancelled anytime. Our 12-month plans move to a monthly rolling basis after the initial term, and you can upgrade at any point from your Customer Zone.
How do I manage my account? +
Everything is online. Log in to your Customer Zone to view usage, manage billing and get support.
